I viewed two properties with estate agent Amber and one with Holly, both ladies were very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional at each viewing, thank you both for your help, and knowledge of the areas that I was looking in.

Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily.
I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :)
To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".

If I could give 6 stars I would. From the first enquiry phone call to picking the keys Donna was a superstar. I couldn't have asked for a better letting agent and as for the landlord aswell she is great. Donna took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and it moved through swiftly. I would definitely recommend Donna at lovelles she is fantastic.

Awfully poor communication.
I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations.
They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed.
I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham

Couldn’t recommend Lovell enough. From the moment we met Eve for a valuation, we got a really good feeling that they were the right agent for us. The valuation was spot on, we sold in less than a week and they host all the viewings for you so it takes the stress away. All our viewings were arranged back to back on a Saturday to limit inconvenience. Lee who hosted the viewings took the time to visit beforehand and make notes on everything so he was fully prepared and knowledgable to answer any questions and promote the house at its best. Eve has been great following the sale keeping on top of the chain to make sure all ran smoothly right up until completion. I’m not moving again but if I were to, I wouldn’t go anywhere else
