Well what can i say other than
"Brilliant customer service & immensely helpful team they made me feel totally at ease selling our home & buying our forever bungalow.
I originally got 3 valuations & by far picked the best estate agents in Graig & Lee.
I was nervous on the viewing day but Lee was absolutely amazing from start to finish & was pleasure to have him in my home for the 2 days it took to sell my property.
Thousand per cent would highly recommend Lovelle in Cottingham, go with these guy's & you'll be just fine.
Kayleigh did my valuation & she's lovely lady professional yet very very easy to chat to & Pearl cant help you enough when you don't understand certain things.

From the second that I reached out to Lovelles as an awkward ‘I want to buy this house but ours isn’t on the market!’ Kind of customer. They have bent over backwards, nothing was too big an ask, the information loop was incredible. The ladies never make you feel like you’re being unreasonable and took a huge chunk of stress away from the move for all of our chain. Thanks ladies, 100% will be recommending your services.

I was really impressed with Lee Waudby. We had a delivery of a package to an empty house that was sold by lovelle by mistake. Lee dealt with it very promptly, and out of hours. He was very lovely and kind

I recently had a viewing with Lee Waudby, and he was fantastic! Incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions. He knew the intricacies of the property inside out, which was so refreshing. If only he could show me around every property—highly recommend!

Awfully poor communication.
I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations.
They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed.
I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham
