Awfully poor communication. I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham... Excellent and friendly introductions. Communicated well throughout. It felt like we were later given less experienced staff members to deal with and the quality of service seemed to change towards the end, but we did eventually sell and the fees were very fair.... Read more
