We’ve had a fantastic experience with Marchand Petit, and in particular Kandi and Eloise, throughout the purchase of our new home.<br><br>This was our first experience of buying a new build, and we decided to purchase off-plan, so naturally there was a lot we didn’t know about the process. We first started speaking with Kandi and Eloise before the development was even out of the ground, and they were incredibly helpful from those very early conversations right through to our purchase.<br><br>They have both been professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Their communication has been excellent, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Buying off-plan for the first time could have been a daunting experience, but Kandi and Eloise made the whole process feel straightforward and gave us real confidence along the way. We’ve really appreciated their honest advice and the time they’ve taken to understand what we were looking for as a family.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marchand Petit, Kandi and Eloise to anyone looking to buy a property. A genuinely first-class service from the very beginning.

Nicola Churchill and the team at Marchand Petit pulled out all the stops for us in a difficult market. Their perserverance with the lawyers and the buyer proved critical to the ultimate success of the transaction. They were excellent at keeping us in touch during a tortuous process.

I would NOT recommend Modbury branch of this estate agent. Their professionalism was extremely poor. Instead of supporting us the vendors who had appointed them, they seemed more focused on pleasing the buyers. Communication was mostly by phone, showing no proper email trail. When the buyer had agreed a price but continued to send questions which included suggestions we came down in price substantially this happened twice, we were offered no guidance. They also failed to inform us about people in the chains mortgage expiry dates which ultimately caused much emotional upset & unsettling consequences, which were never considered even throughout the process.<br>It felt like they just wanted their percentage of the sale!<br>Overall, l felt unsupported & poorly represented during an already stressful process.

Highly recommend Marchand Petit Kingsbridge. Very professional, friendly, communicative & proactive in their approach. Kept our sale chain together when it had a wobble. Biggest thank you to Ellie Steer who chased our chain regularly & always kept us updated. Would definitely use to sell again in future.

Professional and curtious service. The rental agreement and our tenancy rights were explained clearly, the property was presentable and clean when we took occupancy. Any queries were followed up quickly.<br>Overall, very pleased with the agency.

Kandi Shaw, who manages the Sales Department at Collaton Park for Marchand Petit could not have been more helpful in providing information and guiding us through the sales process. No matter what information we needed she would always come back to us within a very short space of time and if she didn’t know the answer she would put us in touch with someone who could.<br>Kandi was always efficient, friendly and reliable and was a great help in getting us to understand and complete the paperwork.

We were absolutely delighted with the service from the team at Marchand Petit Salcombe while selling our father’s property as his attorneys.<br><br>From our initial meeting, Charlie and Chloe were professional, friendly, proactive and incredibly understanding. They kept us updated throughout, responded quickly to queries and were always on hand to help.<br><br>Their expertise and personal approach gave us great confidence and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you to Charlie, Chloe and the whole team for going above and beyond. Ref: TSJ-46775317<br>We had an 18 month search for a property in and around Dartmouth. We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou
