Having considered a number of estate agents, we decided to use Marchand Petit in Dartmouth for our very recent move. Our initial choice was based on their very apparent common sene and professionalism.. We have just bought a house through Marchand Petit. They answered all of our questions and concerns honestly. They showed us properties at very short notice when ever possible. The correspondence through out the buying process was always quickly and clearly answered. We would definitely use them again!

Chloe and Charlie were excellent. We had 4 viewings within 10 days and an immediate cash offer at the asking price. Sale successfully completed with their calm, encouraging and professional help.

Lauren, Tim and the team could not have been more helpful. They are not like other estate agents, they are efficient, pro-active, responsive and I honestly felt like I literally had someone 'on the ground' working for me given I am in London. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt like I was just on a conveyer belt. They were absolutely the right decision for me and I would definitely recommend to others.

I would highly recommend Marchand Petit, they have been brilliant all the way through our house hunting journey, with plenty of patience and good advice over the months. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)
