The talented team at Modbury did an outstanding job in selling our house and achieving the full market value. They managed the whole protracted process with great skill and sensitivity, reassuring us constantly that things were on track; I have not had the experience of working with an agent previously that was so skilled in managing its clients. Perhaps most importantly, the valuation of our property was significantly higher and more accurate than the other agents we approached. You simply won't get such a detailed understanding of the market, local conditions and finding genuinely interested buyers anywhere else. Prior to Marchand Petit, my experience with estate agents had been persistently and overwhelmingly negative. I can safely say they have changed that opinion. We dealt with the Kingsbridge office initially but ultimately with the Modbury office for the property we eventually bought in Ivybridge.
