Mark Templer were given the keys to my property when we left for our holiday and managed to sell it within a week! Sarah and Matt really knew their stuff and were approachable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about our home. Claimed against our deposit for holes filled in a room that had been done by the landlord. If you rent a property from them make sure you go through the inventory with a fine tooth comb and highlight everything down to the last coffee stain before signing because if you don’t you’ll end up paying for it. Totally landlord focused.... Read more
