Advertised and sold within a week, second viewing. We then couldn’t find anything that met our needs and the sale dragged on. Started in July and we have just moved this week. The driving force behind the team in our experience is without doubt Jake. He has kept us updated and buoyed up throughout this stressful process, and even when he had his new family addition we felt supported.
He is a well balanced and likeable man who with great patience got the job done. A credit to his profession.Of course he is supported by the rest of the staff who all appear to be to be aware of what is going on whenever called upon. Thanks to all.

I've had the opportunity to work with estate agents for buying and selling on multiple occasions, and I must express my genuine satisfaction with the experience I had while purchasing a house through Mark Templer. Despite my house purchase taking approximately five months to finalize, this delay was solely attributable to unforeseen complications on the seller's side.

What an excellent company !!! I thought estate agents had a bad name for being laid back and slow but not MARK TEMPLER !
They were excellent form start to finish and kept on top of everything very efficiently indeed, all the staff I dealt with were the same , answered every call, email quickly , keep us informed weekly and when it mattered daily and even hourly at the closing stages to make sure everything ran smooth
They all care about their clients needs and we’re always willing to go the extra mile to sort with any help or issues we had .

I've used a few estate agents, most I've found to be like car sales people. Mark Temlers in Yatton have been fantastic, they work as a very good team together. Nothing is to much trouble for any of them. Very professional at all times. From start to finish they have looked after my interests, not like alot of estate agents just in it for a quick sale. I'd recommend them to my family and friends. There brochures say it all about what to expect and is true to the service you want. A very big thankyou from me to you all.

The team at Mark Templar really worked very hard to get our house move to Yatton over the line. Despite a short chain it was a very problematic move and their professional support and guidance to us and the sellers really helped throughout the process. Jake in particular was stand out, chasing solicitors and using his network to get progress when things had stalled.

Mark Templer have been incredible with selling our house and we couldn’t recommend them more. We were in a unique situation where we actually had 3 local agents listing our house, and while all were good, it was our agent Craig from Mark Templer that really went above and beyond. From the first time he came round to value the property, he already came prepared with pages worth of comparables to show us which was really useful and clearly well researched. It was clear he wasn’t trying to lower our expectations of what we could get for the house, nor was he saying an overestimated number to get the listing. He just gave honest helpful advice which was great and he talked us through the process and how it would be marketed making us feel very at ease and like we were in very capable hands! Before the house had even gone live on the market with any of the 3 agents, Mark Templer had around 5 viewings already lined up. As it turned out, we ended up getting an offer from the second viewing the day it went on the market (again before we had any viewings even lined up with other agents). We didn’t feel at all pressured or even encouraged in any way to accept a lower offer and it was clear Craig had our best interests at heart. The same day, we were offered the asking price and of course accepted. Throughout the whole process afterwards Craig was really on top of everything, making sure things were moving along in the chain and there were no delays. We were purchasing a new build property, so were on a tight timeline to get to exchange etc, but this was never an issue for Craig. We had regular updates from him and the team, and it’s clear they’re all excellent at their jobs and work incredibly hard for their clients. We would 100% recommend them to anyone selling - they take all the stress out of what is a very stressful time, and do an amazing job.

From the initial visit and valuation, to viewings and dealing with the entire sale process, they were amazing every step of the way. Our chain became more complex over time, with links added in at both ends. The whole situation was more complex as were moving to a different area. The team at Mark Templer did a fantastic job of dealing with all parties in the chain, such as buyers, sellers, other agents, solicitors and surveyors in all parts of the chain. We had concerns throughout the process, but there was always someone on hand to allay our worries and make us feel like they had our backs. Our process was halted dead in its tracks due to COVID-19 but all the way through the fog and confusion of it all Mark Templar Sales and lettings...more precisely Jake, never let go of the batton, never dropped the ball and always kept us updated for the best part of 10 months. Their kindness and personal attention to every aspect of the sale of our house. And the professional way that they completed the sale on our house. While also finding our wonderful new home was exemplary.
Although, our sale was not an easy one to achieve.
Jake and his team were with us every step of the way. And I feel that they made all the difference in getting to our final goal.
