Emma was amazing I can't praise her enough,she went above and beyond to help me every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained to me, when I had a question she would always give me an answer in detail and put my mind at rest. She is excellent at her job. Even when I sent her a text late in the evening Emma would always reply. I hope marks and Mann appreciate her she is great at her job.

I don’t normally write reviews, but after the fantastic service I received from Marks and Mann, I felt it was only fair to share my experience.
I initially put my flat on the market with another agent in November, but they generated very few viewings and the service I received was extremely poor. It left me feeling deflated and doubtful about my chances of selling in the current market.
As a last attempt using a more traditional route, I contacted Marks and Mann—and I’m so glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they don’t tie you into a fixed-term contract, and their fees were very reasonable.
From the outset, they were incredibly organised. They arranged for professional photos and had my property live on the market the very next day after my contract ended with the previous agent—even though this fell on a Sunday when their office was closed. This meant there was no gap in visibility, and my property remained continuously available to buyers. The quality of the photos and listing was excellent—arguably even better than the previous agent, who was charging more.
Within just one week of listing, they had secured two viewings, both arranged promptly for the following day. Tracy arrived early, giving us time to discuss the key details of the property before the viewers arrived. This level of preparation and professionalism was a stark contrast to my previous experience, where agents often arrived late—or unfamiliar with the property entirely.
I felt completely comfortable trusting Tracy to conduct the viewings independently. Afterward, she called to let me know the viewings had finished and that I could return home. When I did, she informed me that an offer had been made—above the asking price.
Throughout the sales process, Emma was equally impressive. She was always professional, responsive, and proactive in progressing the sale and keeping everything on track.
I exchanged contracts last week, with completion due this week—an exceptional turnaround of around three months, especially for a leasehold property.
I can honestly say that Marks and Mann have restored my faith in estate agents. They made what could have been a stressful and challenging experience feel smooth and manageable. If I ever sell a property again, they will be my first—and only—choice.

I can’t fault Shane Marks . Extremely helpful & knowledgeable of the market conditions. The property was on Rightmove promoted to the first property in my search. A viewing by an interested purchaser the same day and another one due after the weekend!
Regular updates & feedback.

Marks & Mann's staff at the Stowmarket office were always courteous, positive and supportive, throughout the process of selling my home.
They were respectful of my property and communications were excellent.
