Mathers managed our rental property for over 10 years until we decided to sell this year.
We found them to be very fair and professional and never experienced any issues which were not dealt with promptly and efficiently. Their rates were also very competitive, so all in all, we have been very happy with the service we received. They also kept us up to date with current legislation and any areas which were likely to change, including steps we would need to take going forward.
Due to the recent adverse changes affecting Landlords in the private rental sector, we have now decided to invest elsewhere, so instructed Mathers to market the property.
Being leasehold, it proved to be an arduous transaction but Sam and Abbie in Sales were more than helpful over the whole process. A buyer was found after a relatively short period, but the legal process dragged on for months, during which time they were more than helpful and very patient, offering very friendly and professional advice along the way.
Sam and Abbie conducted all the viewings, which took the strain off us as owners and I cannot fault their application throughout. They proved to be very knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are thinking of selling in this area.
