Her communication was exceptional, and she was always professional, patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful. Moving our family from Ukraine during such a difficult time has been a real challenge, but Kate made the whole process so much easier. She kept us updated at every stage, answered all our questions promptly, and went above and beyond to help us.<br><br>I’d also like to thank Sam, who kindly gave us the opportunity to view the house even though we arrived earlier than planned. He was very friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I was not aware this effected how the agent get fees. Looks like pay a fee! I just wsnted a list and ending up getting 10 cold calls. Not what I thought.
