I cannot recommend Michael Anthonys enough. This is now the second property I have dealt with Andy, and my first time dealing with Kristina from the Sales Progression Team, and once again the service was absolutely outstanding. Throughout the process there were several issues and delays, which were due to my own personal circumstances, but I honestly cannot thank Andy and Kristina enough for the patience, understanding and support they showed throughout. Rather than making things stressful, they took the time to help me navigate every step of the process and were always there to guide and reassure me. The communication from both of them was exceptional. I was regularly kept updated, they were always emailing, checking in, and ensuring I knew exactly what was happening. I genuinely felt like they cared and wanted the best outcome for me and my family, rather than just treating it as another sale.
