Main positive was that the fees were payable only once the property was sold. However, pressure tactics were used which I felt came from mustard agents not the buyers, e.g. completion must be completed by such a date or the buyer pulls out. These ultimatums proved to be meaningless but caused considerable stress and inconvenience.
