I had a great experience with Michael Graham Estate Agents. The whole team was professional from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout every stage of the process. They kept me updated regularly, explained everything clearly, and were always quick to respond to any questions.
All the staff were very helpful and polite, which made a real difference — every interaction felt easy and reassuring.
What really stood out was how thorough they were — nothing felt rushed, and every detail was handled carefully. It made the whole experience far smoother and far less stressful than I expected.

Steve and the team at Michael Graham offered a really first class service. We originally bought our house through them so it made perfect sense to sell
It with them too. In a difficult market they sold the house quickly, and when the sale fell through they found another buyer within days. Steve handled a tricky negotiation with skill and offered the right advice at the right time. The sale has now completed and we are delighted to recommend Michael Graham as a first class estate agent.

Great service from Charlie, very efficient didn’t have to chase him at all. We found a few other estate agencies where slow and didn’t have very good customer service but Michael Graham were brilliant. Thanks again very happy in our new home! X

Michael Graham Estate Agents was easy to deal with. Their team were very helpful and knowledgable in the purchase process which helped to keep everything running smooothly. They adapted very well to an issue that occurred in a chain that broke and kept the purchase alive. They were exceptional in dealing with a challenging vendor and this helped progress things to a very satisfactory outcome. I would certainly deal with their team again and happy to endorse them and their services.

We instructed Michael Graham in early 2025 to sell our property in Towcester. The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Adrian gave me a house worth 67K while explaining our friend group and giving us mangoes with mustard. It was crazy tho cause i’m just a babeh and Tom tried to give me a house worth 41k more than that so he may aswell leave. 67/10
