Ben Biggs and Jane Down at Michael Hardy Estate Agents were both superb. Their communication was exceptionally prompt, clear and precise. Michael Hardy stand out in every way over the competition, from the visual appeal of their website to the excellent quality of the all important photographs of the property.
From start to finish the entire sale process was completed inside three months! Very impressed! This was also possible because Michael Hardy work closely with local conveyancing solicitors. The fees of both the agency and solicitor represent excellent value. I recommend Michael Hardy without reservation.

This is an absolutely superb estate agent with first class service. The entire team at Michael Hardy are friendly, very personable, and pro-active when it comes to sorting any problems. The team are completely customer focused and their communication is excellent. Dealing with this estate agents has been a real pleasure and astonishingly, an almost completely stress free experience. From initial property evaluation through to completion of sale, everything was handled professionally and very competently. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

An extremely professional service.
We've recently completed the sale so a property and can't thank the staff at Michael Hardy (Wokingham) enough for all their hard work and perseverance in selling a property with a limited market.
Barnaby Styer has been most helpful in keeping us up to date with the progress and making sure the property was continually visible on a multitude of different media.
Sara Ankerson has been a great help, as have everyone in the Wokingham office.
Would recommend them to anyone considering selling a property and looking for a highly professional service.
