We were delighted with the excellent service provided by Michael Hardy estate agents in selling our house, in what was a challenging market at the end of 2023. The marketing was spot on, and Ben relatively quickly secured a very good offer. When unfortunately this offer fell through due to other buyers at the bottom of the chain pulling out, he quickly secured a second satisfactory offer, which we accepted. He remained positive but realistic throughout, and kept us up to date at all times.
Jane then very efficiently and successfully saw the sale through to completion, was ever dynamic and positive, and managed all interactions with great tact and patience! She kept us regularly up to date about progress.
And Daragh stepped in as and when necessary - We really felt well looked after by the whole team - A very big thank you from us all!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Hardy in Crowthorne for purchasing our new home, and I must say they have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. We were involved in a complex and lengthy chain of transactions, and without Jane's exceptional dedication and communication skills, I doubt we would have successfully exchanged our move.
Jane's ability to keep all parties informed and engaged was truly remarkable, and she played a pivotal role in bringing everything together seamlessly.
Additionally, Ben stepped in on the day of the exchange, a crucial moment that did not happen smoothly. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything progressed as needed, doing whatever it took to ensure a successful outcome.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Michael Hardy.
Moving out of our current property has been nothing but a nightmare with Chancellors, yet moving in with Michael Hardy has been a breeze.
The team here is so much more helpful than any estate agents I've dealt with prior.
With special thanks to Caroline who has helped us and kept us updated every step of the way.
Caroline and Daniel obviously care very much about their job and their customers.
And it shows!

Moving house isn’t an easy process at any time, but this time we were in the very competent hands of Michael Hardy.
Everything throughout the entire process has been made easy by their professionalism.
In particular Daniel Macdonald who helped us with viewings of our new home with great kindness and also Caroline Wilson whose patience, efficiency and understanding steered us through all of the admin processes.

We have been happily renting through Michael Hardy for nearly three years now and I quite literally cannot fault them. Any maintenance issues are always addressed immediately, and Dee always follows up to make sure everything is sorted.
Such a breath of fresh air after a bad experience when I first started renting prior to moving to MH.
