We've had a great experience selling our property with Michael Hardy. We met Ricky when we we're viewing a property and he kindly offered to come to our property to do a valuation and to provide us with more information. Ricky carefully explained everything and from that point we felt that MH we're the estate agents for us. I choose Michael Hardy, above two other local estate agents, because I felt their representative Barney, was interested in my property and would do a good job. He was extremely experienced, took time to explain their proposition and left me with the impression that he and his team would work hard for me. I have not been disappointed and they did exactly what they said they would do. The company is extremely well connected and tap into local services such as maintenance, engineers and solicitors who have all been a pleasure to deal with and charged very reasonable rates. I would also highlight Neal Mackenzie as an operations legend in this transaction. Efficient, professional & easy to work with at all stages. Having the experience & local knowledge has made this transaction simple. Thank you MH estate agents I would have no hesitation in recommending you in the future.

Just purchased my first home with my wife and want to say they are fantastic and definitely deserve the high rating. Throughout the purchase Jane liaised with all parties and communicated effectively on what the current situation was. She was brilliant in keeping updates as well as prompting all the relevant parties on the next steps.
