We have needed a valuation carried out of a council property recently, and Michael Hardy were the only estate agent to happily offer to come and value our property.
Even knowing we weren’t able to use them for the sale, the agent arrived in time and was absolutely brilliant.
Gave us some great advice and a valuation.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and when we do have an opportunity to use an estate agent to sell our property, you will be the first company we contact.

We found our dream property and can't thank them enough for marketing ours taking into account our need for a quick sale, whilst at the same time, finding a buyer who was ready to proceed so that we could meet our deadlines. Just sold our old home and bought a new one with Michael Hardy and we are extremely happy. As always, the process had it's ups and downs but we can't fault the team; Neal, Barney, Sarah, Ricky and Trisha were fabulous throughout the whole period. So professional, helpful and supportive, particularly when things didn't work out as we hoped at one stage..not unusual with today's housing market! They all worked tirelessly for us and the result is fabulous. Our thanks to all of them and we would definitely recommend to others.

MH were my first choice when choosing an agent to sell my house, having had successful dealings with them many years ago. I was not wrong: our house was appropriately marketed and we were pretty well flooded with viewings - and a suitable offer was received barely a week later. I cannot fault the staff who conducted the viewings and sent helpful feedback comments on a regular basis. All were totally professional and courteous in their dealings in person and by email - and very patient with me at a stressful time! Many, many thanks - especially to Neal and Barney.
I never intend to move again but if necessary I shall be back to Michael Hardy. Thank you all.

I dealt with Michael Hardy regarding the sale of my Dad's house after he had to go into care. They were fantastic & produced a lovely brochure with great photos. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Ricky Wootton was very friendly & put my mind at ease. His enthusiasm was exceptional. Following an unexpected leak at the property Neal Mackenzie took over & put us in touch with a building company that fixed all the damage & restored the house to its former glory. I am very grateful to Neal for his prompt help.
