Moving house isn’t an easy process at any time, but this time we were in the very competent hands of Michael Hardy.
Everything throughout the entire process has been made easy by their professionalism.
In particular Daniel Macdonald who helped us with viewings of our new home with great kindness and also Caroline Wilson whose patience, efficiency and understanding steered us through all of the admin processes.

The UK process of buying and selling homes is far from ideal and that is why it's imperative that you start out with choosing a highly professional and exceptionally competent estate agent and solicitor. I would highly recommend Michael Hardy in Wokingham. In our experience the team were professional and proficient from start to finish. Such was their proficiency they became the go to for other agents and solicitors in our chain, as they navigated us successfully to completion. Daniel showed us round and was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all our questions and not putting unnecessary pressure on us to put offers in etc as some other agents from other companies did! Excellent and professional work from Helen Gibbons in the lettings department. Warm and friendly, within days Helen had arranged two block viewings and had 7 offers on my flat including 2 over the asking price. She then took the time to patiently go through each in detail with me so we could choose the most suitable one. Helen had conducted all the viewings in person so was able to give a real insight into the applicants. Very highly recommended!

Having arranged viewings at 2 properties Daniel Macdonald met us and pleasantly walked us through the properties, satisfying all our questions in a very personable way. He made the viewings a very comfortable experience. Having an offer accepted on one of the properties we were guided through the referencing process by Caroline Lawson. She dealt very politely, personably and efficiently with several queries which subsequently led to us moving in very promptly. All the above took place over Christmas and New Year during which time Daniel and Caroline went out of their way to ensure matters were dealt with in a speedy and calm manner.
