Professional and detailed estimate of property values and comparable properties. Positive realistic great advice. So glad I went with them sold at asking price ,they helped guided,were there through the whole process. Unable to be at my property they looked after buyers looked after house. Nothing too much trouble , helped me stay calm through queries and quandries along the way. Ben great through sales and continued process Jane took over to follow through sale she is a saint!!! We have been and continue to be really impressed by Michael Hardy; they have made our house purchase very smooth so far. We have exchanged and are currently waiting to complete.
Prior to our offer being accepted, Darragh and Ben were incredibly prompt with booking the viewings and resolving any queries we had - we never had to wait more than a couple hours by email.
Jane has been gone above and beyond in answering our many queries through the progression of the sale. She has been very patient and professional. Jane sold us our house in January 2018, so we have experienced her service as both a vender and buyer.
Thank you all for your hard work, dedication, and professionalism. We have been extremely satisfied with the service provided by Michael Hardy and we highly recommend you to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house. It is a great agency with excellent service.

Fantastic from start to finish - keeping me updated at all stages. Always exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of the slightly unusual situation where I was buying a property for my mother rather than myself, and acting as her attorney. Extremely positive experience with the friendly folk at Michael Hardy Crowthorne on my recent house purchase. Jane worked really hard throughout the process to liaise with all parties and keep things moving smoothly forward, and was brilliant at keeping me updated. I’m not sure it would have happened so quickly without her! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jane, Ben and Daragh to handle your house sale. They were all helpful, professional and highly efficient.

We were delighted with the excellent service provided by Michael Hardy estate agents in selling our house, in what was a challenging market at the end of 2023. The marketing was spot on, and Ben relatively quickly secured a very good offer. When unfortunately this offer fell through due to other buyers at the bottom of the chain pulling out, he quickly secured a second satisfactory offer, which we accepted. He remained positive but realistic throughout, and kept us up to date at all times.
Jane then very efficiently and successfully saw the sale through to completion, was ever dynamic and positive, and managed all interactions with great tact and patience! She kept us regularly up to date about progress.
And Daragh stepped in as and when necessary - We really felt well looked after by the whole team - A very big thank you from us all!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Hardy in Crowthorne for purchasing our new home, and I must say they have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. We were involved in a complex and lengthy chain of transactions, and without Jane's exceptional dedication and communication skills, I doubt we would have successfully exchanged our move.
Jane's ability to keep all parties informed and engaged was truly remarkable, and she played a pivotal role in bringing everything together seamlessly.

I have had two dealings with Michael Hardy (Crowthorne) over the years and on each occasion, I've experienced a very personalised and fantastic service. The first time, they helped me purchase my house and that was very straight forward and just now, they helped sell my house. I did not even bother contacting other local agents as I was confident Michael Hardy were competitive, it wasn’t worth cutting corners with some of these DIY online estate agents, I knew Michael Hardy would be knowledgeable, trustworthy and would see the sale through by liaising up and down the chain and do whatever it takes to move things along. The service was easy from start to finish and the whole team have been on the ball, proactive, great communication, follow through on everything that has been discussed and agreed upon, keeping me up to date throughout the whole process. I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Michael Hardy and the team! Thank you so much!

Response to MH: I believe you mean less than 50% of what the landlord and Michael Hardy had hoped for? A received SAR clearly demonstrated Michael Hardy’s intentions and commercial motivations. Furthermore, your response highlights the very reason why Michael Hardy is not recommended.
