The reference-checking system is so worst, that they can't even listen to our words even if they get wrong. Be careful while paying holding deposits or any other payments before the tenancy agreement they will not return a single penny to us if the mistakes on both sides, and they will point out our mistakes and keep the money in their pockets.
I recommend to not to go with this Agency please.
Money will be wasted.

Andrew has been really helpful and proactive throughout the process. He’s done a great job finding me somewhere that works for me and guiding the work to secure that. The online forms are a bit overwhelming but Andrew has been on hand to answer any questions or queries.

I had a really friendly and professional viewing experience with Andrew Jones from this team :)
I requested a viewing in the evening, and he called the next morning to offer me a slot later that day. The property was very clean, and I was offered all the information I needed - the certificates (e.g. EPC ratings), contents insurance guidance, info on all of the maintenance processes, etc.
