Extortion Alert!!
I paid £100 cleaning fee after checkout without any invoice or services listed and then they demanded £120. Even after disputing it they are threatening with adjudication and even more fee on top of it.
Never explained what adds up to £220 cleaning.

Lucy has been super helpful with setting me up on the system, and arranged a viewing for a flat really promptly, despite me not being available for their block of viewings later that day. Would 100% recommend property hunting with MJ??????
