Avoid renting. We have rented a property for 6 and a half years. Moved out recently. Landlord have never painted property from damp peeling paint, or cleaned carpets. When moved out repainted the property by myself, where agent from Musker McIntyre said that we dont even have to do it. Now they claiming that we left the proeprty not professionally cleaned (as per tennant law 2019 we do not have to do it as long resonably clean) , and redocarated (landlords responsabilitty). Now they want to deduct £575 from deposit. Will let other people in without doing anything just taking the money. Shocking experience. Once you renting and paying everything ok, answering calls and giving responce. But once you moved out, its completely different... Avoid... Read more
