It was always difficult to speak to anyone and even when we did, this usually just led to a promise to call us back which was not delivered on. My wife and I have both phoned several times on two different properties in the last three weeks just to arrange a viewing. We have also sent emails. On the rare occasion someone actually picks up the phone, its invariably someone who says they are in another office but they will take your details and arrange for someone to call back: which of course they never do. I understand that its a busy time for the industry but every other estate agent seems to cope pretty well, so why not MM?... Read more

Big red flags and terrible communication. I contacted the agents via telephone to arrange a viewing and was told I’d be phoned back. After no contact I phoned back and was told again to wait for someone to get in contact. I received an email from Dawn Bartrum on 3/9 saying viewings were fully booked and I should email my availability to arrange a viewing for the next week. Ahead of Monday morning I sent my availability and made sure I kept my diary clear. It’s now Saturday 12/9 and I haven’t even had a curtesy response to say they wouldn’t be arranging a viewing.
