Selling a house is supposed to be stressful but with Nock Deighton it has been easy. Corabeth Bishop came to see me and explained everything very clearly and was a pleasure to deal with as is Abigail, she is delightful, and very helpful. The brochure was very good, and I accepted an offer 15 days after it was put on the market! I would happily recommend Nock Deighton.

All of my interactions with the Nock Deighton Ludlow office have been fantastic. Cannot fault the care, attention and support of the staff. Particularly impressed with Viv Jones who is really knowledgeable and supportive in her role in supporting property inspections. Highly recommended :)

Thank you for a professional and pleasant experience of selling a bungalow for me, ND you were great. Thanks to Laura for your personal touch it made all the difference.
The only downside was a comment from the prospective buyers, that the person showing them around the property was ‘useless’ and did not contribute at all, except to opening the front door.
I did not meet these people but I feel you should know .
Otherwise, all good.

A friendly and supportive service. One sale fell through due to chain, but quickly found another buyer. Buyer was dragging their feet, but Nock Deighton kept the process moving. House was empty for 2 months due to prematurely pushing for tenants to leave, which was not great, but we got there in the end.
