Viv Jones has been doing our home visits now for 2 years. She is punctual, professional and extremely respectful. Her visits are not intrusive. We always share a laugh as she is so friendly and kind. I could not rate Viv highly enough.

Corrabeth did a great job organising viewings, ensuring her colleagues did everything neccesary so as many people as possible viewed our property. She also coped with the difficult situation of dealing with two people who are divorced and do not alwayd share the same views.
Negotiations with our buyer were handled by Abigail who was very efficient and I have faith in her completing the sale.

A friendly and supportive service. One sale fell through due to chain, but quickly found another buyer. Buyer was dragging their feet, but Nock Deighton kept the process moving. House was empty for 2 months due to prematurely pushing for tenants to leave, which was not great, but we got there in the end.
