I instructed Nock Deighton and they got my house sold with the first person that came through my door.
I went with this agent as Darren was very persistent (in a good way), very professional and passionate about the sale of my property. He did some Social Media marketing on the house at no extra cost also. Hannah & Matthew were involved in the customer negotiation stage and were excellent, timely and prompt in all communications.
Lastly Matthew in Sales Progression, was also outstanding in his unique way of liaising with Solicitors within the chain, myself and the buyers of the property. In my opinion himself and my solicitor shaved weeks off the sales process as he was really on it.
Overall I would conclude by saying I highly recommend Nock Deighton based on the first class, professional and efficient service I received.

He was very friendly and professional and spent time with us discussing our requirements and offered various options open to us, some of which we had not thought about. His knowledge and expertise in his field gave us much confidence and lot to think about. He followed up his visit with a detailed document providing all the relevant information we discussed.
We can highly recommend if anyone is thinking about selling their property to speak to Darren, he was most helpful and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Thank you Darren.

Would highly recommend Nock Deighton to anyone. Selling your family home after 31 years is not an easy decision to make and doing so at a relatively advanced age is even harder. Then came along Darren Leonard. Darren was friendly, but professional and demonstrated his ability to be sensitive to our particular needs, offering reassurance and doing exactly what he said he would do. He told us our home would sell very quickly and it did. During the sale, Darren recognised our lack of confidence in dealing with certain issues, but was ready with sound advice on every occasion. It doesn't stop there with Nock Deighton either; we were appointed a sales co-ordinator, Matthew James. Matthew was incredibly supportive and kept us fully informed about the post sale activities on a regular basis, easing the way through the whole process. It is very easy to lose heart when some solicitors in the chain are less communicative than you would like, but Matthew was always there chasing down the information and/or coming straight back to us with a positive word when we felt, at times, like we were never going to reach the end. Without the tenacious Matthew on hand with his friendly, cheerful approach, it would have been very easy to lose heart. Well done Nock Deighton!

From the very first enquiry to the last phone call/ email they have worked together as a most professional, well organised, efficient team.
