I'm sure anyone who has rented in London has some stories about letting agencies... But I can confidently say that OJs has been a dream to deal with. Smooth tenancy process, helpful staff, and during the tenancy if I ever had any issues they were always resolved quickly. Even issues that I would call "cosmetic" like paint repairs from water damage etc were always remedied. I have dealt with Erika and Gina throughout my tenancy and they've been great, a real asset to the company!
