It's a family-run business and you can tell they take real professional pride in what they do.<br><br>Customer service has been excellent from start to finish — very hands-on, very responsive to any query, and I was kept informed at every stage. Owen in particular always goes the extra mile and I really appreciate it.<br><br>Positive, practical and proactive. A genuinely professional service with a personal touch. Would highly recommend.

The team at Oliver Jaques have provided a very professional service since our initial application through to the 6 months we’ve now been renting from them.<br><br>Our property manager Erika has been extremely responsive and helpful with any requests we’ve had. Excellent, quality service.<br><br>- Rosalie (Sales progressor) went well above and beyond in liasing with issues raised by the council along with ensuring that the solicitors completed thier work in a timely fashion.
