After a rather long process with a number of surprises at the end, even between exchange and completion, Oliver Minton were very professional throughout and kept as fully informed at all times and spent hours chasing buyers and solicitors to facilitate the sale.
Thanks to all the team we interfaced with - Jon Hawes and Linda Francis on the sales side and especially Sarah Hodson to help get us over the line

Highly recommend Oliver Minton. I had a dedicated agent who managed the whole process from assisting with bringing the property up to a lettable standard; to finding suitable tenants, managing the tenancy for nearly 4 years and finally, ensuring a smooth handover for the tenants and myself as the landlord. There was always someone at the end of the phone to talk through any matters. Everyone was very professional, helpful and amenable. Our main contact throughout, was exemplary
