Highly recommend Oliver Minton. I had a dedicated agent who managed the whole process from assisting with bringing the property up to a lettable standard; to finding suitable tenants, managing the tenancy for nearly 4 years and finally, ensuring a smooth handover for the tenants and myself as the landlord. There was always someone at the end of the phone to talk through any matters. Everyone was very professional, helpful and amenable. Our main contact throughout, was exemplary

The lettings staff were always on hand to help with any problems or queries. They were very responsive to emails or phone calls and made renting through them a very seamless and easy process.
