After firstly signing up with another new local agent in my area who was full of promises to market my property with the “wow” factor you soon realise what having a good agent really means and that an agent that lists your property with promises of all bells and whistles doesn’t replace the expertise of a long term agent like Oliver Mintons who knows the market where you live and has an excellent reputation and cares about what they do.
Oliver Minton has been outstanding from start to finish.
It’s not been a straightforward sale due to other factors in the chain but they have ensured things have gone as smoothly as possible.
My biggest regret is not using them from the start!
A big shout out to Jon and Sarah who have been fantastic.

I was a tenant of a propery managed by Oliver Minton for just over 2 years and throughout the time our experiences were only ever possitive. Both Debbie and Beata were always helpful, friendly and profession with any of our queries or issues throughout our tenancy and continued to be fantastic up to and including us eventually moving on to a new property. I couldn't recommend Oliver Minton any more highly.

I have been a tenant in the UK for the last decade (dealt with two other agencies prior to Oliver Minton) and I have never had such a good experience with the landlords agents as I have since dealing with Oliver Minton for the last year. They are friendly, relatable and quick to respond to any issues we’ve had. A special mention to Beata who is always so helpful, professional, has a big beaming smile and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making our experience as tenants easier!
