I was a tenant of a propery managed by Oliver Minton for just over 2 years and throughout the time our experiences were only ever possitive. Both Debbie and Beata were always helpful, friendly and profession with any of our queries or issues throughout our tenancy and continued to be fantastic up to and including us eventually moving on to a new property. I couldn't recommend Oliver Minton any more highly.

I have been a tenant in the UK for the last decade (dealt with two other agencies prior to Oliver Minton) and I have never had such a good experience with the landlords agents as I have since dealing with Oliver Minton for the last year. They are friendly, relatable and quick to respond to any issues we’ve had. A special mention to Beata who is always so helpful, professional, has a big beaming smile and a pleasure to work with. Just finished renting a house through Oliver Minton and would recommend them to others.
I found everybody who worked at Oliver Minton really helpful both before and during the tenancy.
We raised few issues during the tenancy, a tap was leaking and later a toilet (both wear and tear) and these were fixed quickly with no trouble.
Plenty of prior notice if an inspection or repair was needed.
I would recommend Oliver Minton to others.

Oliver Minton have provided a fantastic service throughout. Having never been a landlord before, they have explained everything thoroughly every step of the way. Communication with Debbie and her team has been brilliant. This has been a tricky project but Debbie and all the team at Oliver Minton have made it a very positive experience and we look forward to continuing working together. Would highly recommend.

Poor customer service ,Debbie in particular. Rude on the phone. No people skills. Cares very little about the Tenants grievances. Not a good experience with this estate agent I'm afraid.

From the first viewing of the property to completion, the team at Oliver Minton were very supportive and communicating well. Messages were promptly replied to. When there was an unexpected issue with the completion date, Linda was very pro-active and brokered a compromise which was acceptable to both parties. I felt that the whole team at Oliver Minton worked very well together and that no matter who I spoke to, my issues were addressed despite all the covid restrictions and working from home mode. I would definitely recommend this agent.
