I met with 3 estate agents and all were professional and offered a similar valuation. What made Pocock and Shaw different was Piers local knowledge and that they offered a 2 week withdrawal from using them. We did not need this as we had an offer within 2 working days of the listing!

Pocock and Shaw handled the sale of my flat extremely well and at a decent price. They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.
