Emailed and telephoned to arrange a viewing on a property I was informed that someone would get back to me as soon as possible and nobody did and the property has since been sold not good customer service ????

A1 service received when both buying and selling with this excellent and reputable local agent. Paula, Matt and Judi cannot do enough. Always on hand to make the entire process a breeze - emails, phone calls and messages all replied to quickly, queries resolved, reassurance and support provided - our sale was completed in 9 weeks - absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended.

If you have a foreign name than don't expect them to contact you back about a rental property...I have emailed them with my real email and been totally ignored...so I used different email address with British name and guess what?they emailed me straight away..bunch of racist
