beginning of our tenancy there were serious issues which were never addressed. Such as; flooding throughout the flat (which damaged both personal and work equipment), the front door lock ceasing to work as well as the balcony door, etc. All issues that were only prevalent after moving in. Property Link seems to be proactively trying to keep their role in the tenancy unclear in order to take advantage and not accept responsibility. While the property was marketed at above the average rental price in the area, this property did in fact not reflect that. In the unprecedented and unforgiving time of a global pandemic (COVID-19), Property Link took a proactive stance on keeping their best interests in check whilst simultaneously threatening us with damage to our credit scores if rent was not paid on time and in full.
Avoid these crooks at all cost, as dealing with either them or their questionably associated partners (MoveSmart) will lead to both financial and emotional distress.
