The whole team at Rice Chamberlain especially Molly and Shakira were brilliant in dealing with the sale of our property, they were excellent in communicating with everyone concerned especially with the solicitors.

I couldn’t recommend Rice Chamberlain at Kings Norton more, I sold my house with them and they have been fantastic. Both Sarah and Louise were so responsive and lovely to work with and went above and beyond to progress my sale, from the point of booking my valuation through to completion day they were brilliant!

The Rice Chamberlain team (Kings Norton, Birmingham) were fantastic in getting my home purchase completed as smoothly as possible. Particularly, Sarah (Branch Manager) was very responsive to all my queries, followed up with all parties involved in the chain to prevent any delays, and consistently kept me up to date on the progress of my purchase. Would highly recommend purchasing your home through Rice Chamberlains!

What can I say.. a fabulous team which consists of Sarah and Louise who have been amazing from start to finish!
They both continually kept me updated, put me at ease, patient with my never ending questions and queries and when exchange and completion finally came, they ensured the process was easy as possible! I cannot recommend Rice Chamberlain enough who were actually recommended to me!
Do not hesitate to use them.. perfect service and thank you so so much!
