Rice Chamberlains were selling the house that we bought. Throughout the entire process, Sarah acted in a professional, friendly and approachable manner. She was highly responsive to any questions we had and proactively kept us informed as the sale progressed without us even chasing. Our transaction became more challenging towards the end, however Sarah actively helped, reassured us, and went above and beyond to ensure we completed successfully. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah to anybody buying or selling.

With so many Estate Agents to choose from you can only hope you make the right choice to sell your property. Rice Chamberlains, Kings Norton branch was by far the best choice for us. We put our house up for sale at a time when the market was very slow and we were beginning to think it wasn't going to sell. Sarah always told us as it is, no false promises. Then the house sold, Sarah and Louise went above and beyond for us in what turned out to be a very frustrating time rather than being straightforward. We truly believe our sale wouldn't have completed when it did without their constant determination to get answers when no one else could. We were kept up to date at every point including at weekends and in particular when Sarah was meant to be on leave. This move for us came at a very stressful time and it has only been through the professionalism, determination, will do attitude and friendliness the team has that we completed our house sale when we did. The process of selling your home is a costly process but we have no qualms in paying for the services of Rice Chamberlains, Kings Norton services. Thank you Sarah and Louise you are fab.

From the minute we met Sarah, at the Kings Norton branch of Rice Chamberlains, we knew she was the right person to market our property. She had an excellent knowledge of the local housing market and offered sound advice on the best way to take our sale forward , resulting in our house being sold within a week of being advertised. Louise in the branch office advised us of all house viewings and, once we accepted an offer, Sarah kept in regular contact with us so we were always up to date throughout the conveyancing process, right up to the day of completion. We received excellent service from this branch of Rice Chamberlains and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

We moved our house sale to Rice Chamberlain after spending a number of months on the market with another agent and not getting any offers.
RC did a superb job of marketing our house, going above and beyond our previous estate agent, and priced it at a more reasonable and realistic point. Within days we had a lot of interest and within weeks we had multiple offers, one of which we accepted.
Sarah was absolutely brilliant throughout the sale process, keeping both sides talking when solicitors were being slow. We wouldn't have got the sale concluded so quickly without her! She was invaluable throughout the process and we really appreciated her advice.
Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling, particularly in the Kings Norton area as they have the edge over any competitor with their local knowledge to sell the area as well as the house.
