I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

From our initial valuation meeting with Alastair then on to Steve,who has been absolutely brilliant throughout, the team at Richard Godsell in Christchurch have been fantastic.To sell a property within 4 months of our initial valuation meeting speaks volumes for the time and effort Steve and his team have put in in making this possible.A big mention also to Lucy Bowater Sivell of Chester and Co who acted for us on Steve’s recommendation.

From viewing the property to the day of completion, Steve Leigh Bryant was fantastic. I never knew buying a property could be so easy. I would definitely recommend Richard Godsells for sales and purchases. 5 stars is not enough.

It’s been quite the journey selling our property with a subdued market last year it was at times difficult but throughout Godsells have been magnificent
Alastair initially valued it and gave us an accurate assessment of what we could achieve and a realistic appraisal of the market at the time
Following on from that we mainly dealt with Steve Leigh-Bryant in the Christchurch office who has been a total pleasure to deal with throughout.He has a positive outlook and has dealt with all our queries and questions maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanour at all times.
His feedback has always been useful and he has been available when needed with accurate information from the potential buyers.His local knowledge is second to none and that has been crucial in securing the sale of our house which has happened just this week
All in the Christchurch office have been brilliant to deal with and I cannot recommend Godsells highly enough..they’ve definitely earned their money on this one

Steve from Richard Godsell always kept in touch and contacted us with every move during the sale. On completion he randomly us before our solicitors. The company was very helpful,communicating with the buyers solicitors and us.
