A long post, but detailed and honest!
Having used Richard Godsell a few years ago and receiving exceptional support and service, instructing them as a highly regarded, long standing estate agent with a remarkable reputation in the area ticked all the boxes for me. On both occasions I dealt with David Midgley.
David gave his honest opinion, he was kind, patient, understanding and extremely professional and I felt he acted in my best interest at all times.
He kept me in the loop with every detail, went above and beyond to deliver everything we agreed and everything he promised..
David found a buyer within 6 days and negotiated a fair price for me.
I also felt he treated us both as a seller and buyer with respect.
I also took David’s advice and used a local solicitor who Richard Godsell have a good relationship with and everything went smoothly and efficiently and everyone worked as a team.
I personally could not have asked for anything more and I would highly recommend David to anyone - you won’t be disappointed!
They say, buying and selling can be stressful, but I think, choose the right agent and let them do their job! Completion on the property took just 9 weeks!! (Yes! - you have read that right!!)

We instructed Richard Godsell for the sale of my Mums property and the purchase of her new one. My Mum had lived in her house for over 50 years and had no experience of selling or buying a property.
We can not thank Steve, and the team enough for the way they dealt with the whole process from beginning to end.
Steve was so thoughtful and patient throughout and explained everything to Mum throughly. He chased up the solicitors constantly, keeping us up to date continuously. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and have never experienced the communication and levels of personalisation that we did on this occasion.

My agent, Steve, was always informative, helpful and someone I could rely on, particularly when the first applicant failed to follow through.
