Had a really positive experience with Robert Ellis Arnold branch.<br>Starting with Neill, the Director, he was my first contact, explained it all step by step, had a photographer in who also did a great job.<br>I don't live near to the property, so alot was done by phone and email, Toni in the office answered my many questions, kept me informed. First class service from begining to end.<br>Thank you all at Robert Ellis Arnold!

Great level of service. I recently used RE for tenant finding service and Inventory for 2 properties. Lauren and Francheska managed everything for me including all the photos and compliance documents that were required. They were very attentive and managed to turn around the vacancy very quickly. They found very good applicants for my properties. Will be using them again.

First photos were poor, I had to ask them to retake them a few times. No contact after it was on the market, no updates , had to phone for updates . Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.
