I’ve had a real journey and the Arnold office has excelled with everything with open and honest advice and feedback which helped with selecting and selling to the right person, it's taken time and now all complete and stress free. May I thank Neill and Lauren for setting up the initial sales and auction and Hollie and Sandra for managing the sales.

Had a few viewings this week for various properties in Arnold with Robert Ellis, all of which were a very positive experience. Thank you to James for showing us round those properties! Really friendly and answered all our questions no problem. He also went above and beyond, even helping to inflate my tyres with a portable pump after one viewing as they flat. Amazing. Thank you so so much!

Our house buying experience has been fantastic, and Robert Ellis have played a huge part in this. Hollie Morgan has been dealing with our purchase, and she has been nothing short of amazing. Super helpful, always chasing the solicitors if needed and there to offer advice when needed.

First photos were poor, I had to ask them to retake them a few times. No contact after it was on the market, no updates , had to phone for updates . Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.
