I've had my routine inspection with Helene Sutton yesterday and she was as always, very polite ad helpful. I've lived in this property a little over a year and would recommend Robert Ellis Estate agents fir lettings. The repair team are very quick to get any problems sorted and the whole team really can't do enough to help you.

Francheska was excellent from start to finish. She was very welcoming, professional, and made the viewing feel relaxed and informative. She took the time to answer our questions and gave us a clear understanding of the property. We really appreciated her approach and would highly recommend her.

First photos were poor, I had to ask them to retake them a few times. No contact after it was on the market, no updates , had to phone for updates . Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.
