Daniel Appleby was my mortgage adviser through Roger Platt, and was brilliant. Whilst I was introduced via the estate agents and Dan is linked to them, I felt that Dan was on "my side" the whole time, he kept me informed with all the steps of the process and really went out of his way to get the best outcome for me. Making the whole house buying process much less than stressful than it could have been. Thanks Dan!

I have had an amazing experience through Daniel Appleby. He's clear in his communications and explanations, he's fast to respond and effective. He also kept an eye on the mortgage rates the entire time we were working through the sale, and swapped us to a better and cheaper rate as soon as one became available. I'm actively referring friends to Daniel, as I can't think of anything more I'd have wanted out of him.

Neil and the team were amazing from Neil coming out to see us we were kept informed throughout the selling of our property which was so important to us as we live 130 miles away.
