Christopher sold my house! He was enthusiastic about viewings and was constantly calling me to make arrangements. I really felt that he wanted to sell the house and he offered great feedback from the many viewings he attended. His telephone manner is very reassuring and he was particularly helpful when I panic called him because I had a man on my doorstep asking to view the house! He was calm and supportive as he talked to me on the phone while the situation was resolved.

Daniel Appleby came in late into my buying process when there was a hiccup with my mortgage offer, but he was able to quickly secure a new mortgage with no issues. He called as soon as was possible and sorted out all the details he needed right away, and went the next morning to secure this. Thanks!

I recently visited Roger Platt in Lower Earley and had a consultation with Daniel Appleby, their mortgage advisor. I own a buy-to-let property and was interested in converting it into a Limited Company (SPV) purchase. Daniel thoroughly explained the entire process, including the pros and cons, to help me make an informed decision. He was incredibly helpful and methodical in his explanations. I had two appointments with him, each lasting over an hour, and he patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Daniel and the professional staff at Roger Platt. They provide excellent service without being pushy.
