We had a frustrating experience with RP. All the people that worked there were lovely, knowledgeable and approachable. However, the communication is what made the experience challenging. We would go weeks and weeks without hearing anything, and after precious viewings we just wouldn’t hear back. We’d have to keep calling just to get feedback. Ultimately we have chosen to move to a different estate agent; RP just couldn’t give the time and attention needed to sell our flat.

Rachel Boshier has helped us with our initial viewing of the flat and aided us up to the point of an accepted offer with answering any questions we had, she has been fantastic at helping us consider our options. She has really looked after us and especially as first time buyers it put our minds at ease. We can’t recommend Daniel Appleby highly enough. As first-time buyers, we had absolutely no idea what we were doing, but Daniel made the whole mortgage process feel so relaxed and straightforward from start to finish.<br><br>He was incredibly helpful with every question we had, no matter how big or small, and really took the time to understand our requirements. He went above and beyond to find the best solution for us and never made us feel rushed.<br><br>Daniel was also very patient with us, especially around communication, as our personal lives sometimes made it difficult to respond quickly. He was always understanding and flexible.<br><br>Knowing he was always just a phone call or email away was so reassuring, and we always felt supported whenever we needed advice or help.
