I found the whole process thoroughly professional and painless. I was delighted with Danny's knowledge of the market and his realistic approach to valuation. I have been kept up to date with viewing appointments and market feedback. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

After initial disappointment with an unscrupulous buyer, Pat and the team showed resilience in finding a successive buyer to close the sale a year later in a market that’s pretty tricksy to navigate.

Professional and great market knowledge.
Our property was marketed on the 4th May 2026 and we accepted an offer 10 days later. We had to obtain Probate with the sale completed on 4th September 2026.
The team answered my questions quickly and also listened when I had points to raise.

We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house.
They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.
