The team at SY Gosforth, including Mary and Ashleigh, couldn’t have been more helpful in enabling the sale of our old family home for my mother - finding the right buyers (to make it a young family home again), progressing the sale advising all parties on the key negotiations and reaching a satisfying conclusion for all parties in a rather long overall chain.

Outstanding customer service from Gail and Joyce in the Sanderson Young Gosforth Lettings Department. If we ever required anything they dealt with it very quickly and efficiently and the whole team were always so professional and friendly to deal with. I highly recommend Sanderson Young and their lettings service it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with both Gail and Joyce over the years and they are a massive credit to this company. Thank you both for everything and making the whole experience so good.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service from Sanderson Young. All the staff I met with were friendly, professional, informative and efficient. Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road.
We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised.
We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten.
The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.
