We sold two properties and bought our new house through Sanderson Young. From sale and purchase through to completion they were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Tess in particular handled our sale/purchase progression and was, without doubt, the most helpful and competent person we dealt with throughout any of the transactions. On so many occasions her knowledge helped us to keep the transactions progressing. She recognised our situation and did absolutely everything she could, going above and beyond, to support us at a very stressful time. Thanks very much!

The team at SY Gosforth, including Mary and Ashleigh, couldn’t have been more helpful in enabling the sale of our old family home for my mother - finding the right buyers (to make it a young family home again), progressing the sale advising all parties on the key negotiations and reaching a satisfying conclusion for all parties in a rather long overall chain.

Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road.
We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised.
We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten.
The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.
