The team at SY Gosforth, including Mary and Ashleigh, couldn’t have been more helpful in enabling the sale of our old family home for my mother - finding the right buyers (to make it a young family home again), progressing the sale advising all parties on the key negotiations and reaching a satisfying conclusion for all parties in a rather long overall chain.

Outstanding customer service from Gail and Joyce in the Sanderson Young Gosforth Lettings Department. If we ever required anything they dealt with it very quickly and efficiently and the whole team were always so professional and friendly to deal with. Gail went over and above her ‘call of duty’ to find me the perfect home.
I had unique circumstances with complex ‘business needs’ and her expert advice ensured a smooth transition from start to ‘completion’.
Since settling in and being in my ‘perfect home’ for almost a year now, her office has offered unwavering friendly support and maintained a flawless standard of aftercare.

Great company to sell your home with. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Excellent marketing (we had viewings booked before even going on the market as they have a list of buyers!).
Tess, in particular, was incredible and making sure the process of selling/buying moved along after offers were accepted and was a really helpful throughout.
Overall a great team and experience selling and buying with them.
