Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road.
We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised.
We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten.

We sold our house through Sanderson Young and this review is specifically for Harry and Greg.
Harry had a refreshing approach where he took the time to keep us informed of all viewings, feedback from viewings and is clearly a great asset to SY. You may feel that this is "just the job" but in our experience this is rare, he was communicative and operated in a professional and timely manner.
Greg we dealt with on the commercials and he was very good at setting expectations, and resetting expectations when the house did not sell immediately. After the initial pricing structure was reviewed we were able to discuss the commercials in a open and honest way. He seemed to have a genuine desire to work for us, which is not always the case.
From our experience I would recommend both of these individuals to handle your sale. Thanks both.

Sanderson Young are undoubtedly one of the most professional estate agents I have ever dealt with. They are both kind and respectful when managing your sale and / or purchase and their commitment to finding the right move for the Client outweighs any 'sales' drive they may have going on. I have never felt obliged to make a decision about any property and their patience is far beyond the norm. A great team supported by what is clearly a great Director. The entire experience has centred completely around what was best for me.

Dreadful! The worst estate agent I have ever used in Newcastle by far. They will attempt to make money off you at every opportunity. Not a very ethical company at all.
