I had a very disappointing experience. Even though I informed them in advance that we would be delayed due to traffic, they assured us that it was fine. However, the person conducting the viewing left without waiting for us. When I called to explain, he even said he had seen the two of us rushing towards the property, yet he still chose not to wait. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Boris Bobev for my rental property now for a number of years. I trust his opinion, experience and integrity fully and he has always set me on a steady path. Recently I sought his opinion regarding another property in a totally different county being listed by a sister agency and again he was incredibly knowledgeable, generous with his experience and brilliantly candid...he again went the extra mile - calling the other agent to discuss the letting and share information that really benefited the smooth running of the second property. We had a number of agents who wanted to represent us, but Boris stood out for the genuinely personalised, relationship based approach...and one which has stood the test of time and distance. My daughter had a horrible experience with this letting agency, very slow to resolve fundamental issues like broken heat in the winter and health threatening mould. Then they tried to charge her hundreds and hundreds of pounds in damages for tiny scuffs on the walls at the time of move out. Literally £500 charge for the scuffs like those depicted in the images below. Ridiculous.

I have had the worst possible tenant experience with Scott Fraser and would warn all student tenants about their predatory practices. First, they required full rent up front. Then, they would take extremely long to address fundamental home issues, trying to cut costs on behalf of the landlord at every turn. This lead to our heat being broken for 4 months of winter and an ensuing mould problem that took them 5 months of a 12 month lease to resolve whilst it was causing us active health issues. Then, at the time of move out, they tried to charge us upward of £700 for small scuffs on the walls that are the literal definition of fair wear and tear and mould remediation. Worst rental experience ever.
