Great Experience with Richard!
We had the pleasure of working with Richard in Summertown, and it was a fantastic experience. We felt respected and well cared for throughout the entire process.
Richard is very gentlemanly and works with integrity. Unlike other estate agents, there was absolutely no shady business, price hiking, or pressure from him. He was always quick to respond to our emails, kept us in the loop, and was honest and efficient. His professionalism and experience really stood out in an industry where these qualities are often lacking.
Richard has a talent for closing deals and he has excellent knowledge about his job. If you're looking for a trustworthy estate agent in Summertown, we highly recommend Richard.

Pretty incompetent and very low professionality level...went to see a couple of houses with them, never called back to say the result of my application (I just saw the houses I applied for being taken out of the rightmove website). I tried to book other visits either through their website or by leaving a message over the phone, never returned...also, some of the houses I was interested in were already taken, but they leave the ads on the internet the same...just avoid them

Based on our experience as tenants in Oxford with SF, who both let and manage the property, we found SF to be unresponsive and unprofessional property managers. Here are some of the issues we encountered:
- SF failed to complete the inventory before the tenancy commenced.
- It took months and several official complaints for SF to address serious issues such as a radiator falling off the wall, a broken toilet, and damages caused by contractors to the property.
- SF failed to register a property check visit and attempted to schedule another one two months after the initial visit.
Having rented properties both nationally and internationally for years, I can confidently say that this is by far the worst property management company I have encountered.

My experience with Scott Fraser has been fantastic. In particular, I would like to highlight that William Davis was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire process. From the beginning, he always went the extra mile, and considering that I was moving from Scotland, this greatly facilitated the entire application process. William's understanding of the market and his ability to match my needs with the perfect property were impressive. I initially looked into Scott Fraser based on recommendations from colleagues, and after my experience, I can confirm that Scott Fraser and William Davis are outstanding choices for anyone seeking a hassle-free renting experience in Oxfordshire.
