I really appreciated Alison’s help in finding a flat to rent. She was always quick to reply, kept me updated, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made things much less stressful. Her professionalism and kindness made a real difference, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.

Extremely disappointing experience with Scott Fraser.
We attended a scheduled viewing only to find that the agent didn’t turn up. We ended up being shown around the property by the current tenant, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. When this was raised, the response and apology from Liberty were minimal and lacked any real accountability.
Despite this, we remained serious and submitted an offer. We were clearly told by liberty we would be contacted if there was an opportunity to improve it. That contact never came. Instead, we later found out the landlord had accepted another offer without any communication to us, despite expectations being set.
The entire process was poorly handled, disorganised, and lacked even the most basic level of professionalism or courtesy.
As someone who has previously worked in estate agency, it’s genuinely surprising to see this level of service still happening. Experiences like this only reinforce the negative stereotypes around the industry.
Would not recommend.

Sofia was nothing short of perfect. No problem too big or too small, an absolute delight from start to finish. Of all estate agents I’ve been with, Scott Fraser have been by far the best - thank you Sofia for your dedication and support. We wouldn’t be in our new home without you!
