I was recommended Sheldon Bosley Knight (SBK) and it was an excellent recommendation. I have worked with Andrew James and Andy Gibbs. At all times I have found their advice sensible, practical and helpful; from how to present the property through to pricing advice, viewing approach and receipt of offers. What has been required of me has been clearly conveyed so the process has been very efficient. The photography and details were completed to a very high standard. Multiple viewings (plus revisits) were completed within days of the property being advertised, with over 50% progressing to offer. As we have progressed through the sale process Andy at SBK has kept in touch with me throughout, in addition to emails and information on the App. I highly recommend SBK for their professional and sensitive approach to selling a property.
