I had a very protracted sale under challenging market conditions, but despite the problems Sheldon Bosley Knight were actually a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Unlike the first agent I used, Ian Watts gave me a very honest and convincing explanation of why previous valuations of my flat weren't matching reality and his team quickly found me a buyer. When the conveyancing process then dragged on for 9 months (thanks to the unexpected obstacle of the 2021 Fire Safety Act) Norma Woodward kept in regular contact and was a source of much-needed reassurance - to both myself and the buyer - throughout. (SBK's in-house solicitors Jephson Legal did not provide an equivalent personal touch and high standard of communication, and I came to regret engaging them, but that's another matter...)...
