Absolutely Shocking, they ask you for personal Details to decide wether your good enough to view one of their properties and then they tell you the viewings are fully booked. How come there are many agents that don’t ask this information before a viewing?

Michelle Chapman was by far the best letting agent. She was very busy but still went out of her way for me. Making sure that I got an amazing property at an amazing place, she went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I would gladly do business with Michelle anytime and she would be my first choice every time

Excellent service. I had a let only agreement with a property in Soham. Shires were very responsive and informative with all and any questions. Even after the tenancy ended they were still very helpful. I wouldn’t think twice about going back again if the time comes around :-)

I lived in a property for two years that was managed by Shires. From the first day of correspondence, life was made easier by the staff in the Mildenhall office. Callie, in particular, was always lovely and helpful. I never had any problems while living there. Any minor issues within the home were either immediately addressed or even proactively prevented in some cases. I was always assured a peace of mind and that was priceless to an over-thinker like me. I have to move back home to the USA now. But I will miss living in that house and I’m grateful to Shires for ensuring I had a home away from home.
