I had a good experience with the Hanwell team as a buyer which successfully completed. I would recommend the Hanwell Branch for buying/selling. Jayne in particular guided the sale well, was responsive and followed up on enquiries

My partner and I are first time buyers who just bought a flat through Sinton Andrews. They were responsive and very helpful, supporting us through the process and following up for us where needed. Neil kept us updated and informed, particularly going into the Christmas period. Responses were always prompt, detailed and friendly. I would definitely recommend Sinton Andrews for anyone looking to purchase a home in the area. A big thanks to Neil for all his efforts and for making the experience as stress-free as possible!

I bought a house through Sinton Andrews in Hanwell last year and I am very glad that I did. I cannot fault the service I received from Neil Suffern, the sales manager, despite the fact that he was technically acting for the seller, not me (the buyer). I had many questions I needed answers to, answers that had to come from the seller; and Neil was great at putting these questions to the seller and coming back to me promptly with responses. He was also great at recommending other professionals, such as solicitors, electricians etc... Neil was very responsive whenever I emailed him, always getting back to me immediately or within a short period of time, which helped and made a big difference as it meant I did not have to spend time chasing him. I was really impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend Sinton Andrews Hanwell. Although I primarily dealt with Neil, the whole team has been very good at passing on messages and easy to deal with. I found Neil very helpful, responsive, polite and with a good knowledge of the market. He made the whole experience of buying a house much less stressful. The great service even continued after I moved into my new house as I found a beautiful big bunch of flowers waiting for me outside the house! It has been a great pleasure dealing with Neil and thank you Sinton Andrews Hanwell for helping me find my dream house.

Wow! We had one of the most complex house buying processes out there and through it all Sinton Andrews, specifically Rob was there to walk us through it. Rob is thoughtful and thorough. There is no question, this experience cannot be beat. It’s the special combination of being a family operated, local business with people that actually care that make Sinton Andrews so special. We have already recommended them to friends and I look forward to using them/Rob in the future (albeit very distant).
