My partner and I are first time buyers who just bought a flat through Sinton Andrews. They were responsive and very helpful, supporting us through the process and following up for us where needed. Neil kept us updated and informed, particularly going into the Christmas period. Responses were always prompt, detailed and friendly. I bought a house through Sinton Andrews in Hanwell last year and I am very glad that I did. I cannot fault the service I received from Neil Suffern, the sales manager, despite the fact that he was technically acting for the seller, not me (the buyer). I had many questions I needed answers to, answers that had to come from the seller; and Neil was great at putting these questions to the seller and coming back to me promptly with responses. He was also great at recommending other professionals, such as solicitors, electricians etc... Neil was very responsive whenever I emailed him, always getting back to me immediately or within a short period of time, which helped and made a big difference as it meant I did not have to spend time chasing him. I was really impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend Sinton Andrews Hanwell. Although I primarily dealt with Neil, the whole team has been very good at passing on messages and easy to deal with. I found Neil very helpful, responsive, polite and with a good knowledge of the market. He made the whole experience of buying a house much less stressful. The great service even continued after I moved into my new house as I found a beautiful big bunch of flowers waiting for me outside the house! It has been a great pleasure dealing with Neil and thank you Sinton Andrews Hanwell for helping me find my dream house.

Well what can I say, first time buyer and I had no idea what I was doing! Got talking to Neil and he went through everything thoroughly.
He all but spell everything out for me so I cannot stress enough how helpful he was, nothing was ever too much to ask.
Both my wife an I are chuffed with our new home and cant wait to welcome baby Neil into the world, Yes Neil I convinced her to name the baby after you!!

It all started one Saturday afternoon in the park, after yet another disappointing property viewing. "Another weekend wasted", I thought, scrolling through Rightmove. We came across a property which looked promising. Without hesitation I called Sinton Andrews to pessimistically ask if there was viewing availability for that afternoon. "Yeah, I can squeeze you in", said Neil. And from there, Neil set the precedence. As anxious first-time buyers we felt lucky to have had Neil guiding us through the process with his personable approach. He is a man of his word and his communication is prompt. The ball is never left in his court; he was never pushy and always fair. We are stopping short of putting a framed photo of Neil in our new home but we will surely use him again when it's our time to sell. 100% recommend Neil Suffern, otherwise known as the GOAT (greatest of all time) in our household. We recently sold our flat for the full asking price through Sinton Andrews, choosing them due to a work colleague’s recommendation of Neil Suffern and after meetings/valuations from other local agents. It was not an easy property to sell but viewings were very well organised and we had a good number of offers to choose from. Neil was particularly good with prospective buyers and second viewings. He’s straightforward and good to work with. Not over pushy like some agents, but experienced, reliable, with a measured approach and above all, integrity. The process to completion was frustrating at times and slower than expected but Neil acted on our concerns and worked hard as a go-between with us, our solicitor, the buyers and their solicitor, to ensure the sale completed before Christmas. All agents can sell in a rising market and with easily comparable properties but a good agent is needed when the market is not so good - during our process we had the disastrous Liz Truss mini-budget and the collapse of the mortgage market! Neil’s co-ordination and persistence got the sale over the line during a turbulent time! Thank you.

I was very impressed with the service from the time the property was marketed until it was sold.
Neil kept me informed at every stage of the sale. It was recommended myself and the buyer use the in house solicitors which we did and this moved things along quickly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend Sinton Andrews and would definitely use them in the future.
