After a few little hiccups at the start they were actually brilliant …Adam Tom and other Tom were actually excellent ..include Gracie at the end too!! Stressful isn’t the word ..I’d never wanna do it again but yeah ..we got there in the end and I’m very happy !

Smart homes have been exceptional in every way. Starting from the experience and expertise by Jamie during the valuation, allowing for accurate pricing and a quick sale. All staff perform their duties very well and offer excellent customer service. Next the support given during negotiations was excellent and I felt confident in the process. Finally Helen has been wonderful in ensuring that completion went to plan. Her interpersonal skills are second to none. She kept me fully informed and moved the sale forward by liaising with all parties. She is a wonderful asset to the business. Thank you Smart Homes.

Helen C was absolutely amazing and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Rory did the initial valuation and was so knowledgeable about the local area i had full confidence in the team. The team have since kept me up to date every step of the way and my house is already sold much sooner than I expected!

Exceptional service from the ladies at Smarthomes. Huge thanks to Mel, Dawn, Trish and Jasmine whose friendly, supportive and approachable manner made the whole property purchasing experience so much easier. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I was kept updated throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you all and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. My husband and I had a bad experience at a previous estate agents with lack of communication being a major problem. However, since changing to smart homes the service has been great and the difference has been night and day. Big thank you to Tom, Mark and Rory who have been lovely and informative throughout the whole process.
