A fantastic local estate agents. They are very knowledgeable about the area and local market. If you are selling your house then these are the estate agents to go with. David is excellent and wants to help you get a good and positive outcome. As a seller, he made sure that my buyer was genuine and not - very importantly - wasting my time and going to leave the transaction!! As an individual, he is a true gentleman, very friendly and very positive. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Sovereign House are excellent! If you are selling a home in the area then don't go anywhere else!! I was recommended Sovereign House by a friend and I would happily recommend them to local residents. There is a reason why so many other estate agents in the area have come and gone but Sovereign House are still there! David is fantastic, knowledgeable and very calm. He has the patience of a saint!! He is very proactive and supportive! I asked him numerous times to do various things related to my transaction and no task was too big or complex for him. Truly excellent!
