Recently I've been arranging property viewings and contacting a variety of estate agents and I have to say my experience with Alison at Sowerbys has been one of the most positive. We were most fortunate to have George, Carole, and Alison show us property both to buy and to rent.<br>They were prompt in finding out any answers to our questions, kind, humorous (most important during this challenging time!) and made good suggestions. We have just sold our house using Sowerbys in Hunstanton.<br>The sale was anything but straightforward - the house was quite niche and required a lot of viewings to find the perfect buyer who could fully appreciate its features.<br>Then. when nearing completion the first time, the chain fell apart!<br>I believe the reason the sale finally went through was due, in great part, to George Van Aaist.<br>He has been incredibly helpful at driving the sale along and keeping us informed.<br>He also formed a vital link with our own solicitor who frequently could not be bothered to communicate with us directly.<br>Once again I would like to say how impressed we have been with the great work that George did for us, and also our thanks to the team at the office.

I looked at a few properties with my daughter shown to us by Alison through the Hunstanton branch. From the initial bookings/phone calls, I found Sowerbys to be really helpful and accommodating. Alison was fantastic! Really lovely to meet and helpful. She has a unique style. Despite fitting a few in back to back there felt no rush or pressure: It felt easier to digest and assess each property.

So , the estate agent acted for the vendor,
I was a cash buyer and had no agent.
Late in the process ie 4 months after my offer was accepted, I became aware that my urgency to complete the purchase was not fully appreciated.
I then contacted Joanne Lobb who was able to intervene with solicitors and push the process through, to my joy and relief.
I felt she had become my best ally.
