As a development company we have been dealing with Sowerby's regarding the sale of our Development, Quavers in Thornham. I have been very impressed with them. I like their approach to sales with clear guidelines given from the outset with timescales which help manage expectations. I don't like flattery as it leads to bad decision making or at best false expectations and so it was refreshing to find an estate agent that was transparent about likely sales values. However this doesn't mean they wont work for better results if they can be achieved.
Very personal dealings with Harry, Spencer and Karen whom ive found to be more than helpful in the journey.

I cannot fault the experience with Sowerbys (Dereham branch) with Jessica and Hayley providing an absolutely incredible service, navigating and negotiating on my behalf, and getting me through a very difficult house buying process, thanks to very awkward and unpredictable sellers.
Jessica and Hayley are true professionals, a completely different class to your average Estate Agents. I would not not hesitate to recommend them and Sowerbys to anyone. I can also recommend King's Lynn branch who I have had dealings with in the past and been excellent (especially Grace). You can put your trust in these professionals.

Having just purchased a property with Sowerbys it would be amiss to not say how fantastic Karen Lewis-Mitchell and her entire Burnham Market team were. From difficult negotiations to 11pm responses on email, the level of service was simply fantastic. Karen is the most efficient and driven estate agent we have ever dealt with and a true credit to the company. We would highly recommend her and the team for any property needs. Superb experience with Sowerbys, mainly dealing with Wendy Utting who was always, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Various issues with mortgage lenders etc which delayed the house purchase considerably and I think if it hadn't been for Wendy's input we would have lost the deal. Wendy kept everyone informed at all times and held the whole thing together. Whenever we phoned up and couldn't get hold of Wendy, everyone we spoke to knew who we were and were equally helpful, passing messages on etc. I have never dealt with Sowerbys before but I cant rate them highly enough. After a long battle with Wendy steering the ship through difficult times ,we have today completed our sale . Without Wendy's advice and calming presence and the indomitable Spencer keeping his beady eyes on us too, I would have given in and remarketed the property .
