Alex, Ben, James, Marina recently helped me with the sale of my flat - I had a great experience, they were professional and proactive about the strategy and provided me with updates, next steps and decisions to be made. Recently had Alex round for a valuation and even though I have decided not to sell just yet. I just wanted to highlight how knowledgeable and friendly he is. Will definitely be using Stanford's when we eventually come to sell.

Stanford Estate gave us the most knowledgable and enthusiastic pitch when getting valuations. There were quality issues with the sales brochure when it was being prepared, but this was eventually resolved before we went to market.
They did a good job of getting people viewing, and finding a realistic offer more quickly than expected. They were reasonably good at responding to queries during the progression of the sale, although always very good at sending over queries from the buyer.
