Absolutely wonderful, couldn’t recommend highly enough. It was a protracted and complicated sale, Kate and Alex were outstanding. Professional and responsive to my requests, helpful guidance and advice throughout, nothing was ever too much too trouble for them. Throughly decent people to deal with, I can’t praise them highly enough and I wish them every success.

Words can't describe my feelings for Alex, Kate and team. Prior to working with them I had used two other estate agents who were part of major chains Our property had one or two unique challenges not least of which it being my home of 68 years. Stanfords took on board our needs and sensitivities. It was a pleasure working with an Estate Agent who you feel is working for you. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Highly recommend Stanfords to anyone in the Forest Hill / Dulwich / wider SE London area. We spoke to four different estate agents in the area, and it was clear from our first meeting that Stanfords’ service was knowledgeable, professional and proactive. Throughout the process of selling our flat, both Alex and Grace were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were extremely quick and thorough with all communication. If you’re considering selling a property in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I felt they had an accurate sense of the market in our locality and delivered on a rapid sale promise. If you need an higher price, other estate agents will try to find that for you. That might be the right approach for you, but if you want to sell at the market price, Standford’s aim to do that for you.
