Very poor service and they were largely absent throughout. In the end, it required us to make contact with our buyers to progress the sale. It was striking that we did not hear from them at either exchange or completion.

We recently bought our first home through Stanfords and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Marina showed us the property and was our main point of contact throughout the process. She was absolutely lovely, always super helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions, but Marina was patient, informative, and always quick to respond. We couldn't have asked for better service and would highly recommend Stanfords to anyone looking to buy a home.

We used Stanfords this year to sell our home and couldn’t recommend them more! They rescued us from another agent and certainly showed a more human side to buying and selling. Our agent Matthew couldn’t do enough to help and we always felt that he was advocating for us. The whole team were always available to listen and to offer advice, and communication was excellent throughout. Thank you very much Stanfords!

I marketed my property for sale through Stanford’s this year and could not have chosen a better agent. All staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the selling process and very patient even when things got tough. My main contact was Matt who was excellent throughout. I highly recommend.

Stanford Estate gave us the most knowledgable and enthusiastic pitch when getting valuations. There were quality issues with the sales brochure when it was being prepared, but this was eventually resolved before we went to market.
They did a good job of getting people viewing, and finding a realistic offer more quickly than expected. They were reasonably good at responding to queries during the progression of the sale, although always very good at sending over queries from the buyer.
