We purchased our new house through Stanifords. . From the initial onset through to the completion and even beyond the communication, attention to detail and professionalism was exemplary. A particular shout out to Liz Redfern who was outstanding. Liz kept the communication flow open throughout the buying process and was amazing to work with. Liz was an absolute star, taking a lot of pain away from the buying process with professionalism, humour and urgency. Thanks Stanifords and thanks in particular to Liz. Great team, I would definitely recommend. Staniford Grays sold my house after a long period of time on the market with another agent. The team was proactive, communication was fantastic and they kept me informed at every step, going the extra mile to ensure I got my sale and importantly the completion in a timely manor.

Had had the pleasure of coming into contact with Jayne, Alice and Liz at Staniford Grays recently, what an absolute pleasure to work with, they could not do enough for me and my Dad who was looking to relocate to the area. The team was really knowledgeable and helpful, but overall wanted to make sure everything was right for me and my Dad, never once did they make us feel pressured to buy, they completely listened to what we needed at all times. Would highly recommend using this estate agents.

Unfortunately I was left very disappointed by this agent. The communication was awful, even after asking for someone to contact me to discuss matters my requests were ignored.
When I decided to leave, no one bothered to ask me why. Strange behaviour for a high street agency.
