I cannot recommend Anita at Starkey & Brown highly enough. I listed my house with them at the end of July 2025, and by the end of September an offer had already been accepted, which was fantastic.
The whole process was going smoothly until, unfortunately, my solicitors suddenly ceased trading. This was an incredibly stressful situation, but Anita was absolutely amazing throughout. As soon as she found out, she immediately helped by sourcing quotes for new solicitors and provided me with excellent recommendations straight away.
I decided to go with the solicitors Anita recommended, and they have been absolutely brilliant. Thanks to Anita’s quick action and support, within just a week of my previous solicitors ceasing trading, my sale was back on track and picked up exactly where it had left off.
I am now due to complete tomorrow, and I genuinely do not think this would have happened so smoothly without Anita’s help, professionalism, and dedication. She went above and beyond during a very stressful time, and I am so grateful for all of her support.
