I genuinely don’t have enough good words to fully capture the level of dedication, care, and sheer investment that Samuel May from the Thornton Heath branch put into helping me purchase my new home. From start to finish, his service was nothing short of exceptional.
Samuel went far beyond what I would ever expect from an estate agent. He kept me consistently updated several times a week, ensuring I was never left wondering about the progress of my purchase. He was proactive in chasing solicitors, keeping everything moving smoothly and efficiently, which made what is often a stressful process feel much more manageable.
What truly stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile at every opportunity. He arranged access to the property whenever I needed it, always accommodating and flexible. On top of that, he made sure that any issues identified were addressed promptly and even ensured that rubbish was cleared before move-in day—something that made a huge difference and showed his attention to detail and genuine care.
It’s rare to come across someone who treats their job with this level of commitment and personal investment. Samuel didn’t just “do his job”—he took ownership of the entire process and made me feel supported every step of the way.
Thanks to Samuel, what could have been a stressful experience became a smooth and positive journey. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If recognition, promotion, or reward is given based on performance, then Samuel truly deserves it.

While we didn't ultimately find our dream property through Streets Ahead, they did show us a number of excellent options within our parameters which we strongly considered. Tyrique in particular was professional and helpful throughout.
