Extremely Disappointing Property Management
Street Ahead claims to have 30+ years of experience, but their property management service is terrible. We reported a malfunctioning dishwasher on 30th May, and it's been almost four months with no action. Despite numerous follow-ups, all we receive are automated emails asking if the issue has been resolved, but no one has been sent to inspect or repair it.
It's frustrating, and their property management team seems non-existent. Avoid them if you expect professional service or timely repairs!

Streets ahead came through and helped me with getting a new place in South East of London. The viewing of the property was timely and properly conducted and they were able to provide answers and clarification to my questions. Autumn and Emma were superb in getting my agreement signed and provided me with a complete itinerary of the new place. I am happy with their services and I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a house to rent in London.

RED FLAG ALERT!!!!!
I strongly recommend avoiding choosing this letting agent. I’ve never been so gobsmacked by the lack of response from SHANE SIMPSON.
I cannot understand why is he appointed a property manager post when he is immature to deal with serious issues and chooses to respond; as and when to his emails.
Not only this but he is bias and prefers males over females, especially if they are fair skinned. His total lack of disrespect is shameful and appalling. He should be demoted until he is able to do an effective job properly and treat people with respect regardless of race.
